Technological coaching
Direct contact with our process engineers during a short-term or long-term contract is a strong benefit for the efficiency and reliability of your water or biogas treatment installation. Short-term coaching focuses on immediate (provable) improvements, whereas long-term control improves performance efficiency and ensures monitoring support.

Trouble shooting
Your operator is quickly brought into personal contact with one of our specialists for the exchange of information, finding causes and short-term solutions. If necessary we will visit your plant for hands-on assistance.

Audits
Our expert auditors screen your treatment plant on process, equipment and/or safety aspects. We provide information regarding correct operation, the condition of the process and equipment and the compliance with safety regulations. Audits result in reports for your quality system and in hands-on recommendations for improvement. This expands the installation’s life-span and reliability.

Start-up assistance
We arrange experienced start-up engineers to help you re-start your installation after overhauls, set-ups or inter-campaigns.

Courses and training
We organise in-company courses and training sessions by our engineers or technologists for teaching or refreshing the operational and theoretical knowledge and skills. The courses can be especially designed for your type of installation.

Laboratory and on-site analyses
We offer a range of standard and specialised fysico-chemical or bioassay analyses. Tests are performed in our well-equipped laboratory, or, if necessary, on location. A few examples are:
• N, P, S, metals in water or matrices
• COD, short fatty acids, suspended solids
• biological activity tests, toxicity assays and microscope analyses
